To clean the metal, we recommend using our signature jewelry polishing cloth, sold separately, ASIN B01GOZQJYU, that is infused with a special jewelry cleaner. You can also use a soft, 100% cotton cloth dampened in lukewarm water mixed with dish detergent. Use separate cloths for gold and silver jewelry.
To clean the stones, soak the jewelry in a small bowl of warm water mixed with dish detergent. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to gently brush the stones. If your jewelry requires extra cleaning, soak for 5-10 minutes before brushing the stones.
DO NOT use liquid silver cleaner. Take off jewelry when swimming, cleaning, or doing any other physical activities. Put on jewelry after applying lotion, hair spray, perfume, and other chemicals.
